Posiflex Technology, Inc., a global leader in Point of Sale (POS) systems and Online to Offline (O2O) solutions, a global leader in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and Online-to-Offline (O2O) solutions, is set to unveil a comprehensive portfolio of AI-driven retail and hospitality technologies at COMPUTEX 2025, which will take place from May 20 to May 23 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 2, Booth P0506.
2025 Highlights: GT-7100 Series and KDS Series
Representing the embodiment of the design philosophy “Just Screen, No Distractions”, the GT-7100 Series is equipped with an ultra-narrow 4mm bezel and a brilliant 400-nits on-cell touch panel, offering crystal-clear visuals and a refined tactile experience within an exceptionally sleek form factor. The GT-7100 Q models, developed in response to growing demand for compact and ergonomic configurations, feature a pole-mounted design that maximises counter space while improving screen visibility and ease of use, particularly in space-constrained environments.
Engineered to meet the rigorous demands of back-of-house operations, the KDS Series boasts a 21.5-inch true-flat PCAP multi-touch display with an anti-reflective coating, a durable aluminium die-cast enclosure, and a sealed structure that meets IP-54 protection standards. The kitchen display solution minimises glare to maintain screen clarity even under direct kitchen lighting and supports optional components such as a bump bar and 2D barcode scanner.
AI-Enabled Self-Checkout and Self-Service Kiosks
Posiflex will also introduce its new generation of AI-powered self-checkout kiosks (SCO), specifically developed for supermarkets, grocery stores, and high-volume retail environments. The SCO Series is available in both countertop and standalone models, and incorporates key technologies such as barcode scanners, NFC/RFID readers, embedded cameras, and AI-based object recognition modules, all of which work in concert to create a seamless and secure checkout experience that supports faster throughput and reduced staff dependency.
For the food and beverage sector, Posiflex will showcase its latest self-ordering kiosks designed to elevate the customer journey within restaurants and quick-service venues. These kiosks feature high-resolution touch displays, multilingual voice interaction, and a streamlined appearance that appeals to today’s digital-native consumers. Integrated support for major payment systems and embedded thermal printers further simplifies the ordering process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborative Innovation Through the EK Series Self-Service Solution
A highlight of the exhibition will be a showcase presenting a real-world deployment of the EK Series self-service ticketing kiosks in a prestigious art museum setting. With a slim profile, modular configuration, and compact footprint, the EK Series exemplifies adaptability and design
elegance, supported by a dedicated sales and technical support team. This solution has enabled the seamless implementation of self-service ticketing systems that not only optimise queue management but also enhance visitor autonomy and the overall service experience.
