Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients regarding products/services.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 1 to 3 years of prior customer support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
